Due to Covit-19 and increased demand carrier delays are reported. We strive to ship your packages to the recipient as quickly as possible. 

Shipment days: Monday through Wednesday are days our shipments leave our facility via, Ground, 2 Day Express or Overnight. 

Orders placed by Wednesday 2pm typically will ship by Thursday. During high season we reserve the right to alter our shipping terms. Any delays due to the carrier are outside of our control. Orders received after the cut off of Wednesday 2pm EST will be shipped the following week. This is to insure that your product has suitable time to be packed, chilled prior to transit in order to arrive fresh and unmelted. 

Adding À La Carte items to your order will delay these shipment times. Please allow 5-7 days for process times on any À La Carte items so that we may handle your order care and precaution. If an item is not ready for shipment you will receive an email. 

You will receive a notification when your shipping label has been printed which will be 0- 48 hours prior to your package leaving our facility. Your packages are frozen and ship with ice packs that will thaw in transit. Your items can sustain the travel time. Once received simply refrigerate or freeze and serve room temperature.  

We strive to send all orders in a timely manner. During holidays as well as The Profit airing dates some delays will be experienced. We promise to fulfill orders as fast as possible without compromising taste quality.

 To guarantee freshness and avoid hold times if out of stock flavors are ready to ship after Thursday they will be shipped the following Monday to Thursday (excluding high season or holidays). Need expedited service? Please call us at 908-867-8336.

All packaging is designed for handling of this delicate item. Some cracks are expected. Abuse of any package should be immediately reported with a picture so that insurances may be applied where applicable. Please email your order number and photo of exterior of packaging to orders@macaronqueen.com

Any coupons or promos for shipping will be processed first come first serve. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products refunds are not accepted.

Macaron Queen has a reship guarantee for lost or damaged goods. This guarantee is not through the carrier.  All damaged goods must be supported with pictures sent to us via email in order to to apply your guarantee.
