Due to Covid-19 and increased demand carrier delays are reported. We strive to ship your packages to the recipient as quickly as possible. 

Shipment days:

Monday through Wednesday are days our shipments leave our facility via, 2 Day Express or Overnight. 

Orders placed BEFORE Wednesday 2pm EST, will ship by Thursday. During high season we reserve the right to alter our shipping terms. (See Shipping Information at check out and Holiday Shipping Terms on Home Page)  Any delays due to the carrier are outside of our control, however we have our internal package protection (see terms and conditions). Orders received after the cut off of Wednesday 2pm EST will be shipped the following week. This is to insure that your product has suitable time to be packed, chilled prior to transit in order to arrive fresh and unmelted. 

Adding À La Carte or Build a Box items to your order will delay these shipment times. Please allow 5-7 days for process times on any À La Carte items so that we may handle your order care and precaution. If an item is not ready for shipment you will receive an email. 

Notifications:

You will receive a notification when your shipping label has been printed which will be 0- 48 hours prior to your package leaving our facility. Your packages are frozen and ship with ice packs that will thaw in transit. Your items can sustain the travel time. Once received simply refrigerate or freeze and serve room temperature.  

We strive to send all orders in a timely manner. During holidays as well as The Profit airing dates some delays will be experienced. We promise to fulfill orders as fast as possible without compromising taste quality.

 To guarantee freshness and avoid hold times if out of stock flavors are ready to ship after Thursday they will be shipped the following Monday to Thursday (excluding high season or holidays). Need expedited service? Please call us at 706-754-0261.

All packaging is designed for handling of this delicate item. Some cracks are expected. Abuse of any package should be immediately reported with a picture so that insurances may be applied where applicable. Please email your order number and photo of exterior of packaging to service@macaronqueen.com

Post pandemic shipping and Weather Carrier delays are inevitable. Macaron Queen is not responsible for any delays on behalf of any carriers. While we are currently not experiencing delays in our facility, we do reserve the right to our process times before that of the carrier. We do strive to give customers a pleasant experience. For this reason we and are proud to offer Package Protection which is offered at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly report extensive delays when packages have gone past their expected shelf life to us. We will gladly help you with the process of filing your claim. We hope to have the opportunity to reship your goods so you may have them for intended purposes. Certain conditions you may also be approved for a refund. All claims must be accompanied with photos. DO NOT throw away your package. 

Issue with your order upon arrival? Mistakes happen and although our refund policy is no refund on food, we do wish to accomodate issues or mistakes. We ask that you do not throw away your shipping box and contents. Please provide a photo of your package and email us at Service@macaronqueen.com so we may help you!

Any coupons or promos for shipping will be processed first come first serve. Free shipping is not offered for any purchases where the customer de-selects Package Protection. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products refunds (not due to shipping errors) are not accepted.

Macaron Queen offered Package Protection as an extra measure and is held harmless for any denied claims or incorrectly filed claims.  Customer is responsible to their own due diligence. All damaged goods, or damage resulting in late delivery past expiration of goods must be reported as damaged and accompanied with photos. Do not throw your package away. Customer must support the claim with pictures if necessary. Claims without photos will not qualify for protection. Carrier delays are not grounds for protection if the product arrives with in the safe window of time for transport. A warm ice pack is not a qualifying factor for a claim as all ice pack are expected to thaw and arrive warm (especially in summer months) see Shipping Terms at Check Out. If reported otherwise you may be denied your claim.

As new features and tools are added to our website there may be some changes to the current store at times. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the site at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page for errors in omission. Your continued access and use of the site constitutes as acceptance of any change.

Section 2

We reserve the right to change products found on our site. Occasionally changes will occur to new and old products including but not limited to name, color and flavors, packaging and labeling, and ribbons. As these are artisanal products taste and color variation is expected pertaining to chef tendencies.

Section 3

You many not breach or violate any of the terms of our service. You may not plagiarize, copy, or use our imagery or products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You may not reproduce, copy or sell any item found on our site or represent yourself on behalf of our company or convey a likeness to our brand.

Section 4

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Section 5

Your credit card information is processed through third party processor of your choice. We do not retain your credit card information which is encrypted during transfer through these processors and we are not liable for any theft of such information.

Section 6

We are not responsible for any inaccuracy that may occur.  Certain historical information may be presented at any time. We may have information that is not current until corrected. Any questions must be sent as inquiries if you have any issues or prefer specific products Prior to making a purchase. We can not accept returns on food under any circumstances.

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to offer product on other websites with different pricing.

Section 7

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. It is the customers sole responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
