Please allow 5-7 days for process times. Process times vary depending on item ordered and season. Orders placed by Tuesday 2pm typically will ship by Thursday excluding high season. Orders received after the cut off will be shipped the following Monday.

You will receive a notification when your shipping label has been printed which will be 24 hours prior to delivery.

We strive to send all orders in a timely manner. Due to seasonal traffic as well as The Profit we are fulfilling orders as fast as possible without compromising taste quality. Please allow a full week for production time only then our normal shipping terms will apply.

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service. If the product ordered is in stock typical process times may be shortened. If the flavors are not available please allow process time of one week. At which then our normal shipping terms will apply.

Shipping: Orders placed before Tuesday 2 pm will be shipped by Wednesday or Thursday (excluding holidays). To guarantee freshness and avoid hold times if out of stock flavors are ready to ship after Thursday they will be shipped the following Monday to Thursday (excluding high season or holidays). Need expedited service? All packaging is designed for handling of this delicate item. Some cracks are expected. Abuse of any package should be immediately reported with a picture so that insurances may be applied where applicable. Please email your order number and photo of exterior of packaging to orders@macaronqueen.com

Any coupons or promos for shipping will be processed first come first serve. Processing and shipping typically will not exceed 10 days.

Due to the perishable nature of our products refunds are not accepted.
