Holiday 2025 Shipping changes:
Thanksgiving: Orders Placed November 19th 2:01 PM Eastern through Sunday will ship Monday November 24th. We recommend selecting Overnight shipping on orders place on the 24th for on time arrival. Arrival by Thanksgiving is not guaranteed.
Christmas: Thursday December 18th is the cut off for all orders to arrive before Christmas Eve. All orders placed after December 18th will ship Monday December 22nd. Onetime arrival is not guaranteed.
We will be closed December 25th and January 1st 2026

Standard Shipping Terms
All orders (Excluding Build a Box) ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the exception of Holidays to avoid weekend delays with carriers. Any order placed after Wednesday 2 pm EST will ship the beginning of the following week. Need expedited shipping? Please contact Service@macaronqueen.com
Free USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping - To qualify for free shipping your order must be over $75 (after any discounts have been applied).
For a small fee we offer expedited 2 Day and Overnight shipping with UPS.
Your items will arrive with cold packs that will be completely thawed. Consumption is safe.
Macarons are safe to travel up to 5 days at room temperature and safe to consume at room temperature however we do recommend refrigerating upon arrival to firm the filling and keep the moisture in the shell. If you experience any delay beyond 5 days please follow the guidelines to file a claim in your order notification.
Issue with your order upon arrival? Mistakes happen and although our refund policy is no refund on food, we do wish to accomidate issues or mistakes. We ask that you do not throw away your shipping box and contents. Please provide a photo of your package and email us at Service@macaronqueen.com so we may help you!
Warm Weather disclaimer: We use protective insulation during warm seasons. The insulation will help your product arrive in tact. Upon arrival your icepack may be warm and your macarons delicate to touch. We advise the the macarons be taken out of the shipping container and refrigerated in their gift box to retain their consistency.
