From our earliest days selling from a small dessert cart, it was clear that
Macaron Queen was creating something truly exceptional — the very
reason she earned her name.
With bold creativity and uncompromising standards, Macaron Queen reimagined the
classic French macaron for the American palate: from vibrant tie-dye shells to
decadent toppings, from playful modern flavors to innovations once thought
impossible. We removed the infamous air pocket, reduced sugar content while
preserving authentic structure, and continuously pushed the boundaries of what a
macaron could be.
This ingenuity quickly set Macaron Queen apart, capturing the attention of
customers, critics, and the industry alike. In 2019, our mother-daughter duo made
a national splash on CNBC’s hit show The Profit, winning the admiration
of Marcus Lemonis and viewers across the country.
Following our appearance on the show, our journey accelerated. Macaron Queen went
on to become the #1 U.S. manufacturer of macarons, recognized for
our quality, innovation, and large-scale production capabilities. Our story and
