A French macaron is a sweet meringue-based cookie made with egg whites, sugar, almond flour, and is filled with either a light buttercream, fruit puree, Curds, or various ganache.
Our macarons are approximately 2 inches in diameter.

Outside of the refrigerator: Up to 12 hours.
Refrigerated: Up to one week.
In the freezer: Up to 6 Months (provided they are kept in a closed container and not exposed to humidity).

Our chef has a special recipe with less sugar and fat than the original already naturally light composition of a macaron. Calories vary from 45-75 per macaron depending on flavor.
Yes, all of our macarons are gluten free!
Yes, as macaron shells are made of almond flour not wheat or soy. Depending on the flavor there may be additional nuts such as pistachios, hazelnuts, praline etc.
We are proud to say that or dairy ingredients are sourced from American purveyors, local farms, chocolates and various flavors are from Belgium and France!
